Submitting an idea or generating launch assets does not transfer ownership of third-party IP to you or to us beyond the licenses in our Terms. Rights holders may submit notices for allegedly infringing material hosted on the Service.

1. Notice of claimed infringement

To report alleged copyright infringement, email a written notice that substantially includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL, clip ID, campaign)
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act
• Your physical or electronic signature

We may publish a physical mailing address for the designated agent as operations scale. Until then, email notices meeting the requirements above are the preferred channel.

3. Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with the information required under applicable law. We may restore material unless the complainant seeks a court order within the statutory period.

4. Repeat infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or related rights.

5. Third-party platforms

Launch assets may reference or link to X, Pump.fun, GitHub, domain registrars, and similar services. Rights holders should also use those platforms' native reporting tools when material lives primarily there.
