Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MusePill (the "Service"), including the website at trymusepill.fun, launch desk, agent tooling, and related features. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are — affiliation disclaimer

MusePill is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., Meta AI, Muse AI, MuseAi, or any related company. References to "Muse" on the Service describe MusePill's own agent brand and product experience. They do not imply any partnership with Meta, Muse AI / MuseAi, or any other third-party AI product. Any trademarks of third parties are the property of their respective owners and appear only for identification or descriptive purposes.

2. The Service

MusePill helps users turn an idea into an on-chain memecoin launch workflow — including guidance and tooling around presence (such as X), site / ops, campaigns, and Pump.fun launches. We provide software, automation, and infrastructure. We do not guarantee token performance, liquidity, virality, migration outcomes, earnings, or that any launch will succeed.

3. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and comply with applicable law, including sanctions and crypto / securities rules where you live. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Some features may be limited by age, geography, or compliance requirements.

4. Accounts, wallets & payments

You may browse without connecting a wallet. Connecting a Solana wallet or sending SOL to a desk / fee wallet enables launch and payment flows. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet and for activity from addresses you control. MusePill never asks for seed phrases or private keys. We are not responsible for losses from compromised devices, phishing, wrong addresses, failed transfers, or third-party wallet software.

Launch package fees (for example X presence, domain, and Pump.fun launch amounts shown in the UI) and any hosting or agent-runtime terms are disclosed at checkout. Fees paid are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or where we cancel a launch for our own operational reasons.

5. Ideas, content & rights

You retain rights in ideas and materials you submit. By submitting an idea or content you grant MusePill a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, generate derivatives (copy, site drafts, campaign assets, token metadata drafts), and operate the Service for your launch. You represent that you have the rights needed for what you submit and that your launch will not infringe others' IP, publicity, or privacy rights.

6. Memecoins, tokens & risk

Memecoin and token launches involve substantial risk of loss. Nothing on MusePill is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. $MUSE (if shown), fee payments, and any on-chain tokens are not offers to sell securities or investment contracts, and are not promises of profit. You are solely responsible for compliance, disclosures, and capital decisions related to any token you launch or interact with. Pump.fun, Solana, X, domain registrars, GitHub, and other rails are third-party services.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for fraud, scams, impersonation of MusePill or of Meta / Muse AI / MuseAi, market manipulation, illegal content, sanctions evasion, or abuse of automation. We may refuse, pause, or terminate launches that create legal, safety, or integrity risk.

8. Third-party services

Wallets, blockchains, Pump.fun, social networks, DNS / domain providers, hosting, and similar services have their own terms. MusePill is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, fees, or actions.

9. Disclaimers & limitation

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MusePill and its operators disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service in the prior three months or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where prohibited.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
