This Privacy Policy explains how MusePill collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service. MusePill is an independent product and is not Meta, Meta AI, Muse AI, or MuseAi. Data you provide to MusePill is processed by us for our product — not by those unrelated companies under this Policy.

1. Information we collect

• Wallet & payment data — public Solana addresses you connect or send funds from / to; we do not collect seed phrases or private keys.
• Launch inputs — ideas, briefs, brand preferences, and related text or assets you submit to the launch desk.
• Usage data — pages visited, approximate device/browser metadata, and diagnostic logs.
• Protocol settings — public brand, ticker, contract address, fee wallet, and social links configured by operators (visible site-wide).
• Optional contact — email or messages if you contact support or legal.

2. How we use information

We use data to operate and secure the Service, process launch payments, run agent workflows you request, prevent fraud, improve product quality, communicate with you, and comply with law.

3. Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, analytics), blockchain networks (public chain data is inherently public), and tools needed to deliver your launch (for example domain or social workflows you initiate). We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information. We do not share your data with Meta or Muse AI / MuseAi as part of an affiliation — there is none.

4. Cookies & local storage

We use cookies and similar storage for sessions, preferences, and operational flags (for example maintenance or access-gate state). You can clear browser storage; some features may stop working until you reconnect.

5. Retention

We retain information as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. On-chain transactions may persist indefinitely on public ledgers that we cannot alter.

6. Your choices

Disconnect your wallet anytime. Request access or deletion of account data we control by contacting privacy@trymusepill.fun (subject to legal holds and on-chain records).

7. International users

The Service may be operated from the United States and other locations. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand information may be processed in countries with different data-protection laws.
